Forgiveness

I've been thinking a lot about forgiveness lately. It seems that bitterness is perhaps the most vicious form of anger, in that it not only lasts much longer but slowly robs one of his or her ability to love others. The emotional energy we spend on things such as holding on to anger (or whatever emotion) is ultimately energy we could have spent loving God and others. I find this meaningful, because this is certainly where I am right now.

Grace and forgiveness are perhaps two of the most Christ like attributes that we can exhibit to our fellow man.
